1. Order Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 2 days of placement if they have not been processed or shipped.

• If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may initiate a return as per our Return Policy.

2. Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

• Only unopened, unused, and undamaged products are eligible for return.

• Returns must be initiated within 2 days from the delivery date.

• Perishable food products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (images/videos) to request a replacement or refund.

Return Process

• Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions on returning the product.

Refund Process

3. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed only for defective or incorrect products.

• The replacement product will be delivered within 3-4 days once after we receive the returned item and verify the issue.

4. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

• Perishable goods (such as food items) cannot be returned or refunded.
