Ponkathir Foods is the brain child of the ambitious industrialist –Mr.Bijoy .P.R. His entrepreneurial career kick started at the young age of 21. He began his business journey by incepting a Coir manufacturing unit in 1995. Soon he realized the importance and benefits of pure and high quality food products and this realization inspired him to establish Ponkathir Foods in 2010. All through these successful years he has been upholding a principle- 'There is no shortcut to success' . And this principle is the success secret of Ponkathir foods as well.
PonkathirFoods , would not have been a reality without the strong support of Ms.MiniBijoy . The very name 'Ponkathir', which means' Golden Grain' was coined by Ms. Mini Bijoy. Today she is actively involved in the activities of the company by heading the administrative department.
